Counseling that meets you where you are.
Counseling doesn't have to follow the same path for everyone. We begin by understanding what you're experiencing, what matters to you, and what you hope might be different.
Sometimes that means learning new skills or exploring a different perspective. Other times, it means having space to sit with something difficult before deciding what comes next. The person comes before the technique. From there, we'll figure out what moving forward can look like together.
Individual Counseling
Individual counseling offers space to explore what you're experiencing, better understand yourself and your story, and develop ways of navigating what comes next. Our work is shaped around you—your needs, your goals, and the pace that feels right for where you are.
Family Counseling
Family counseling provides space to slow down patterns that may be creating conflict or disconnection and better understand each person's experience. Family members don't always experience the same situation in the same way. Counseling can help make room for those differences while building clearer communication and stronger connection.
Telehealth Counseling
Telehealth counseling offers the same thoughtful, collaborative support from the comfort and privacy of your own space. Available to clients throughout Oregon, virtual sessions can make counseling more accessible when location, schedules, or life circumstances make meeting in person difficult.
What brings you here matters.
You don’t need a diagnosis, a crisis, or even the right words to begin. Counseling can start with whatever is bringing you here.
Trauma
Difficult experiences can continue to affect us long after they are over. Counseling can provide space to understand what happened, how it has shaped you, and begin moving forward without allowing the experience to define the entirety of who you are.
Grief & Loss
Grief can come from many kinds of loss—not only death. Counseling offers space to acknowledge what mattered, make room for what you're feeling, and begin to understand how life moves forward while still honoring what has been lost.
Family Dynamics
Families are made up of people who can experience the same situation in very different ways. As people grow, relationships and roles change too. Counseling can create space to better understand those different perspectives, strengthen communication, and find new ways of relating to one another without requiring everyone to see things exactly the same way.
Life Transitions
Life changes can leave us wondering who we are now and what comes next. Whether you're starting a new chapter, leaving something familiar behind, or realizing that life looks different than you expected, counseling can provide space to make sense of where you've been, navigate what is changing, and move forward with greater clarity and confidence.
Teen & Young Adult Development
Growing up means figuring out who you are while navigating relationships, expectations, emotions, and a world full of messages about who you should be. Counseling can offer a place to slow down, explore your experiences, ask questions, and better understand yourself—without being told what to think or who you should become.
